We Invite You to Get Involved!

Elevate the 10 is a community campaign established to invite residents and community stakeholders into the project development process to create a shared vision for the city’s future. Through community meetings, neighborhood events, and digital outreach, the campaign seeks community engagement to ensure that the Deck Plaza is a regional investment for all El Pasoans.
