The Downtown Deck Plaza Foundation was established in 2025 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting organization of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation to support the vision for 6.5-acre park over I-10 in the downtown corridor. The Foundation is governed by a 6-member Board of Directors with support from the larger Elevate the 10 Alliance, a community coalition of residents and stakeholders working together to realize the vision for the Deck Plaza project.

Community Advisory Committee, Phase I Feasibility Study

The Downtown Deck Plaza Foundation established a Community Advisory Committee to provide input for the Phase I Feasibility Study. The Advisory Committee consisted of a diverse cross-section of community stakeholders. The Foundation extends its sincerest thanks to the volunteers who took their time to participate in the feasibility study process from 2021-2023.
