Downtown Deck Plaza Foundation
The Downtown Deck Plaza Foundation was established in 2025 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting organization of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation to support the vision for a 6.5-acre park over I-10 in the downtown corridor. The Foundation is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors with support from the larger Elevate the 10 Alliance, a community coalition of residents and stakeholders working together to realize the vision for the Deck Plaza project.
